1. Services

We provide professional car detailing, accessory installation and related services within our defined service area. Services are available by appointment and subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments may be scheduled online or directly with us.

• You must provide accurate contact information, service location, and instructions at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of booking or upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payments through secure third-party processors (credit/debit cards, online platforms).

• Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings and active subscriptions will be honored at the agreed rate for their term.

4. Membership & Subscriptions

We offer Monthly Detailing Packages designed for regular customers. The following terms apply:

4.1 Enrollment & Billing

• Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at sign-up.

• Billing occurs on the same date each month (e.g., the date you first enrolled).

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel your membership.

4.2 Services Included

• Membership includes one full interior & exterior detail per month at a discounted rate.

• Unused services do not roll over into future months unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellations & Pauses

• Memberships may be canceled at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations made after billing will apply to the following month; no refunds will be issued for unused time.

• Members may request to pause their subscription for up to [1–2 months] per year.

4.4 No-Shows & Missed Appointments

• If you miss a scheduled detailing appointment without at least [24–48 hours] notice, the service for that month may be forfeited.

• Rescheduling must be within the same billing cycle, subject to availability.

4.5 Changes to Membership Plans

• We may update pricing, inclusions, or terms of membership packages with 30 days’ notice.

• Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds (Non-Memberships)

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least [24–48 hours] notice.

• Late cancellations may result in a fee of $5.

• Refunds are only issued if services were not delivered as agreed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle and service location are accessible at the scheduled time.

• Remove personal belongings/valuables prior to service.

• Inform us of special conditions, damage, or concerns prior to service.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear/tear, or loss of items left in vehicles.

• Minor risks (e.g., water intrusion, chemical reactions) may occur during detailing. By booking, you accept these risks.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or membership provided.

8. Intellectual Property
